30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unused and unopened, with all safety seals intact (for skincare and personal care items)
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • UK returns: Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrect items.
  • EU & International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns, as Sanoire is not responsible for items lost in transit.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at support@sanoire.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare and personal care products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.


Exchanges

If you would like a different item:

  1. Submit a return request
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement product

This ensures faster processing.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Safety seals must remain intact
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right does not apply to opened or unsealed cosmetic products due to hygiene regulations.

This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund
